Ethics and local governance

Private property has never been a universal doctrine, although since the end of the Cold War is it has become nearly so. Potential employees have ethical obligations to employers, involving intellectual property protection and whistle-blowing.

The value of informed consent is closely related to the values of autonomy and truth telling. If an employee is found to have violated either the Code of Conduct or the Financial Team Code of Conduct, we take appropriate actions up to and including termination of employment.
